• You analyse existing payroll processes, identify potential for automation and optimisation and develop solutions for more efficient workflows
• You support the introduction and further development of digital tools and applications in payroll
• You support and advise colleagues in implementing new processes and act as the central contact person for digitalisation topics
• You review existing workflows for automation options and support their implementation in practice
• You stay professionally rooted in payroll and ensure processes are implemented both efficiently and correctly

• Extensive practical experience in payroll accounting combined with a deep understanding of relevant processes and workflows (at least 1-2 years)
• Interest in digitalisation and enjoyment in questioning manual workflows and making them more efficient through automated solutions
• First experience with digital tools, process optimisation or system introductions is an advantage
• Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues through change
• Initiative, a structured way of working and solution-oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
