Project Manager Digitalisation & Process Optimisation

Hannover branch & head office. At Treuhand Hannover, work and private life can be combined through flexible working time models (30 to 38.75 hours per week), flexitime (core hours 9 am to 3 pm) and home office options. The position is in the central Organisation department.

• You are responsible for cross-site process and change initiatives – from analysis and design through piloting to rollout and lasting anchoring of new process standards.
• You identify productivity, quality and efficiency potential in core tax processes and derive concrete measures.
• You contribute DATEV and technology ideas as well as external best practices and develop our view of modern firm processes, digitalisation and automation.
• You design and facilitate workshops, training and communication formats – tailored to departments, sites and central committees.
• You contribute to quality management (e.g. preparing, supporting, carrying out and evaluating internal audits) and ensure improvements are implemented sustainably.
• You support the introduction of digital tools and new ways of working, focusing on acceptance, benefit and successful implementation.

• Degree in business administration or taxation with a focus on project management, or comparable qualifications such as training as a tax clerk, and ideally further training as a Specialist Assistant for Digitalisation and IT Processes (FAIT)
• Several years of professional experience in a tax firm or tax consultancy and a very good understanding of tax firm processes
• Experience in project work, process optimisation, change support or introducing digital solutions
• Very good DATEV knowledge and interest in new technologies, best practices and modern firm processes
• Strong communication skills, facilitation skills and enjoyment of cross-site collaboration
• Analytical, data-based yet pragmatic way of working with an eye for workable solutions in everyday firm life
• The ability to take in new ideas and derive concrete improvements for processes and ways of working
• Willingness to travel regularly on business (approx. 20–40%)
