• As central contact person for selected key accounts in the after-sales area, you take over the holistic support and strategic further development of long-term customer relationships from the operational level to management
• Through regular visits to customers from the automotive supplier industry and direct exchange in production, you gain an accurate picture of applications and identify new potentials for tailored service and solution offers
• For your customer portfolio, you develop sales strategies and take responsibility for the successful development of your accounts.
• In close cooperation with sales, service, application and product management, you lead service projects and take over escalation management in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Furthermore, you actively contribute to the further development of our service portfolio

• You are a technician with experience in the field of service or application or have completed a degree in laser technology, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
• With your product knowledge in laser technology and your affinity for sales, you combine technical understanding with customer-oriented thinking
• You also bring experience in technical sales, key account management or in the sales of service and solution offerings and have already successfully proven this
• Through natural communication strength and negotiation skills, you convince contacts at various levels; your customer orientation makes you a reliable trusted person for demanding customers
• In an analytical and structured way of working, you prepare complex technical contexts understandably. Very good German and English skills as well as regular customer visits on site and in production are a matter of course for you
