• In close cooperation with the team, you contribute to the strategic orientation of TRUMPF sales and service companies, both globally and in the regions Asia, America, and Europe
• With an analytical eye, you evaluate organizational, sales, and performance data and derive well-founded insights
• Through your collaboration, you continuously develop our monthly reporting
• Based on your analyses, you develop recommendations for action, concepts, and decision templates for top management
• As part of the team, you support the coordination and implementation of global roll-outs as well as the planning and design of workshops

• With a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field or equivalent qualification, you bring the right technical foundation
• Ideally, you already have initial practical experience in sales management, business development, or strategy consulting
• In using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, you demonstrate good knowledge
• In word and writing, you convince with good German and English skills
• With a structured and independent way of working as well as analytical skills, you grasp new topics quickly and securely
