Internship Internal Sales Functions (SS27)

Internship at TRUMPF in Ditzingen in sales, focused on the Customer Success Platform. Mandatory or voluntary internship possible. Start: summer semester 2027.

• You actively help with the strategic, global rollout of the TRUMPF Customer Success Platform and shape key future topics in sales
• You independently take on subprojects around our processes and systems, for example creating user journeys for the Customer Success Platform
• With your support you strengthen our operations teams, including by creating and delivering training for the current CRM system
• By developing concepts and decision papers, you sum up important topics for top management
• As part of the team you organize workshops with our stakeholders and handle their preparation and follow-up

• Your studies in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable degree are the basis for this position
• Ideally you bring first practical experience in sales management or business development, for example with CRM systems
• You are confident with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You have good German and English skills, written and spoken
• With a structured and independent way of working and analytical and conceptual skills, you approach new tasks enthusiastically and self-motivated
