The TRUMPF Hüttinger site is a high-tech company and a world-leading manufacturer of DC, medium, high-frequency, and semiconductor-based solid-state microwave generators. • As a technological impulse generator, you evaluate new hardware technologies, assess their potential use in our product families and design the holistic hardware architecture of complex systems - from concept phase to series maturity. You always keep the interplay of all subsystems in view.
• Independently you develop demanding system solutions and simulate complex modules with the goal of achieving innovative results. The creation of detailed circuit diagrams, time and level plans, block diagrams as well as layouts also belongs to your area of responsibility.
• Customer requirements and product goals you translate into clear, implementable hardware specifications and ensure their consistency throughout the entire development process. Additionally, you accompany make-or-buy decisions through well-founded technical supplier evaluations.
• In close collaboration with software architects, product management and external partners you lead design reviews, give constructive feedback at eye level and continuously develop circuits and modules together in the team.
• From commissioning to verification you plan and coordinate complex measurement tasks, define precise test plans and ensure through careful technical documentation that our development processes remain transparent and traceable.

• A completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, mechatronics or a comparable technical course of study forms your professional basis - whether with doctorate, master's degree or sound practical experience: your competence and your will to shape count.
• Relevant professional experience in hardware development of complex systems and modules you have already successfully proven. Your deep understanding of high-frequency and power electronics as well as embedded systems enables you to think and develop systems holistically.
• Extensive knowledge in the creation of circuit diagrams, layouts and block diagrams you bring as well as profound experience in simulation, design and optimization of demanding circuits.
• Relevant standards and norms such as IEC, ISO and CE conformity are familiar to you, and you understand how to reconcile technical requirements with functional and economic optimization. Your negotiation-proficient German and English skills enable you to communicate confidently in international contexts.
• With your pronounced communication strength you convey technical complexity clearly and convincingly - towards development teams as well as towards management. Own initiative and a healthy portion of pioneering spirit drive you to actively shape systems and products.
