About this Apprenticeship
For our TUI Travel Center at Neusser Str. 11 in Cologne we are looking for a Tourism Clerk / Travel Agent (f/m/d) as soon as possible on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2026, part-time (13 - 17 hours/week).
What You'll Learn
- Advise and inspire our customers in planning and organizing their best weeks of the year and make dream vacations come true!
- Sell trips and other tourism services and extras from our extensive product portfolio
- Acquire new customers for our products & services and inspire our numerous regular customers to book another trip with TUI
- Support our local team with all tasks arising in the travel agency
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a travel agent or tourism clerk (f/m/d) or a similar qualification in the tourism or commercial sector
- Professional experience in a travel agency with pronounced technical, product and destination knowledge
- User knowledge of reservation and booking systems
- Communicative, committed personality with strong team spirit as well as enthusiasm for travel and sales talent
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
