About this Apprenticeship
For our TUI travel agency at Niedernstr. 21 in Bielefeld we are looking for a Tourism Specialist / Travel Agent (f/m/d) full-time (38.5 hours/week) at the earliest possible date
What You'll Learn
- Advise and inspire our customers in planning and organizing their best weeks of the year and make dream vacations come true!
- Sell trips and other tourist services and extras from our extensive product portfolio
- Win new customers for our products & services and inspire our many regular customers to travel with TUI again
- Support our local team with all tasks arising in the travel agency
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as Travel Agent or Tourism Specialist (f/m/d) or a similar qualification in tourism or commercial field
- Professional experience in a travel agency with strong technical, product and destination knowledge
- User skills in reservation and booking systems
- Communicative, committed personality with strong team spirit, enthusiasm for travel and sales talent
- Very good German language skills spoken and written
