About this Apprenticeship

For our TUI travel agency at Stummplatz 1 in Neunkirchen we are looking for a Tourism Clerk / Travel Agent (f/m/d) starting 01.10.2026, full-time (38.5 hours/week)

What You'll Learn

  • Advise and inspire customers in planning and organizing their best weeks of the year and make dream vacations come true!
  • Sell trips and other tourist services and extras from our extensive product portfolio
  • Acquire new customers for our products & services and inspire numerous regular customers to travel with TUI again
  • Support local team with all tasks arising in the travel agency

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship as Travel Agent or Tourism Clerk (f/m/d) or similar qualification in tourism or commercial field
  • Professional experience in travel agency with strong technical, product and destination knowledge
  • User skills in reservation and booking systems
  • Communicative, committed personality with strong team spirit, passion for travel and sales talent
  • Very good German skills spoken and written
