In addition to general and specialized nursing, the counseling and support of our patients and relatives is an essential component of nursing – ideally with you!

• Deployment in shift service for patient care on the ward
• Participation in the 1-year trainee program Bachelor in clinical nursing
• Identification of improvement potentials in nursing care and, building on this, development of practice-relevant questions
• Processing of these questions using Evidence-based Practice (EBP) methods
• Scientific, conceptual, and project-related tasks on planned practice development days

• Completed 3-year training as a health and nursing professional (GKP) / nursing specialist or geriatric nurse (gn*)
• Completed degree (B.Sc./B.A. in nursing or equivalent)
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility
• Professional and empathetic demeanor
• Willingness to develop broadly
• Independent working style
