Lawyer in the Labor Law Team

In Division 1 – Human Resources of the University Hospital Bonn, the following position is to be filled part-time (20 hrs/week) at the earliest possible date: Lawyer (m/f/d) in the Labor Law Team. The position is permanent. Division 1 – Human Resources – is on its way to becoming a future- and service-oriented division that wants to reposition itself with modern, digitalization-supported projects. You will actively shape the organization. You will become a member of the Labor Law and Working Time Management staff unit and thus part of a team where cohesion, collegiality, and helpfulness play a major role.

Short-term processing of legal issues in individual and collective labor law, tariff law, contract law. The focus here is on the State Staff Representation Law NRW. Interpretation and application of relevant collective agreements, laws, and regulations including analysis of legislative and case law changes, creation and implementation of implementation proposals. Legal support of HR projects with drafting of service agreements, close cooperation with all areas of the division. Competent contact person for managers, development of pragmatic solutions for all questions concerning the employment relationship. Correspondence with lawyers, authorities, and other institutions. Assumption of special tasks and conducting critical discussions.

Successfully completed 1st and/or 2nd state examination in law. Bachelor's or Master's degree. Ideally with professional experience. Experience in complex organizations and in cooperation with staff councils is an advantage. Hands-on mentality and team orientation.

Collective agreement-based and performance-oriented remuneration according to TV-L / TV-Ä at university hospitals (including additional benefits such as annual bonus).
