Specialist in the Digitalization Staff Unit of the Commercial Directorate

The Digitalization Staff Unit of the Commercial Directorate serves as the interface for commercial projects. A key task is to analyze processes, redesign them digitally, and strategically manage their implementation in the form of projects, provide conceptual support, and monitor project progress. The staff unit understands itself as an in-house consultancy and is available to all managers and employees for questions and suggestions on digitalization topics and projects.

Direct support of management in strategic, organizational and operational tasks; analysis, development and introduction of processes and structures to further develop the staff unit and promote collaboration at UKB; active participation in the introduction of SAP S/4HANA: support of project phases, coordination and control of technical requirements of commercial areas in the S/4HANA project; support for the introduction of Microsoft 365 – including needs analysis, change management and training concepts; identification, evaluation and prioritization of AI use cases in the commercial departments of UKB; conducting workshops to identify automation potential and process improvements; support and control of the operational introduction of AI solutions from feasibility testing through piloting to full-scale implementation; support and advice to UKB departments on project initiation, especially in tenders and offer reviews for projects with software components, as well as independent management of sub-projects; organization and conduct of steering meetings, project meetings, committee coordination, workshops and training sessions including preparation and follow-up

Completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Digitalization, (Business) Informatics or a comparable field; professional experience in project management, preferably in a commercial or digital environment; experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA, understanding of SAP ERP core processes; practical experience in AI use case identification, prioritization and implementation; knowledge of change management and design of training and communication concepts for technology rollouts; proficient use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as advanced knowledge of M365 products, especially SharePoint and Power applications; proficient use of project management tools (e.g. JIRA) and process modeling languages (e.g. BPMN); understanding of data protection and compliance requirements in the context of AI and cloud applications (GDPR, EU AI Act) an advantage; experience in working with external business partners; excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels; convincing and empathetic approach to enabling specialist departments; experience in administrative healthcare an advantage
