Remuneration is according to the classification regulations of the respective in-house collective agreement and, provided personal requirements are met, possible in salary group U5. The position is filled in shift duty and includes early, late, night, weekend and holiday shifts.

Central communication interface: Contact person for patients, clinics, rescue services, medical practices and regional control centers in the Dresden/East Saxony cluster as well as first point of contact for the Center for Emergency Medicine. Telephone coordination: Professionally sound forwarding and coordination of incoming inquiries for the Central Emergency Department (ZNA) and the Children's Clinic Emergency & acute coordination: Control of IVENA messages, pre-coordination in MANV situations as well as convening the VEL and coordination of complex emergency situations Patient & resource management: Support in bed management, acceptance and documentation of stroke cases as well as coordination of IZI consultations and intensive care inquiries Special networks & documentation: Coordination of ECMO calls as well as inquiries in the feto-neonatal and pregnant women network; including structured data acquisition and document management

Completed vocational training in healthcare (medical assistant, nursing specialist, healthcare management assistant, paramedic (especially in operations and rescue control centers) or comparable qualifications Experience in hospital, emergency department or rescue service settings as well as in dealing with patients, clinics and control centers Experience with IVENA Pflege Knowledge of emergency management and confident handling of medical documentation Strong organizational and coordination skills Communication and social competencies
