Nursing Specialist - Hematology/Oncology

The position is to be filled at the earliest possible date in full-time or part-time employment with at least 32 hours per week. Remuneration is based on the classification regulations of the respective in-house collective agreement and, provided personal requirements are met, classification in remuneration group P4 is possible. Deployment follows the usual working time model of the department.

Ensuring the best possible care for patients – particularly patients with oncological diseases – regarding holistic and individual basic and treatment care as well as their psychosocial overall needs, observing medical responsibility for the implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures and according to current nursing science standards and professional legal regulations. Professional recognition and recording of patient needs including recognition of life-threatening conditions and initiation of life-saving/appropriate measures. Creation, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. Professional execution of medical orders from the medical service and immediate and professional forwarding of conspicuous observations. Preparation and implementation of therapeutic and diagnostic measures. Documentation of the effect of measures and, if necessary, implementation of changes in planning. Recording of patient data, treatment planning, implementation, and documentation as well as guidance of trainees and new employees.

Successfully completed vocational training as a nursing specialist, health and nurse, or equivalent, and valid professional license. Loyalty, strong communication skills, and empathy. Independent, structured, and reliable work approach. For applications from abroad: minimum B2 German language skills and recognition of the professional qualification obtained abroad.

Remuneration: according to in-house collective agreement in remuneration group P4 plus a fixed annual special payment and a company pension scheme.
