Office Management Apprenticeship

Office management apprenticeship at KLE Klinik Logistik & Engineering GmbH, a subsidiary of University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf. You will learn about business administration, office processes, purchasing and logistics in healthcare.

• Support business and office processes from placing orders to approving invoices, use modern inventory systems such as SAP, and process orders, invoices and delivery documents
• Communicate with internal departments and external business partners, handle correspondence, prepare statistics, and support customers and suppliers
• Manage documents, sort and file records, prepare reports, and help organize and carry out business processes
• Learn about purchasing and logistics, place orders, monitor stock levels, and gain experience buying replacement instruments
• Improve processes, especially in purchasing and logistics, develop standard procedures, and help make workflows more efficient

• You have at least a good intermediate school leaving certificate (MSA) or a higher school qualification
• You are interested in numbers and how businesses work
• You enjoy organizing tasks and working in business administration
• You are responsible, work independently and value accuracy
• You have very good spoken and written German
• You express yourself well and work well in a team
