About this Apprenticeship
University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf is looking for medical assistants in paediatrics. This permanent full-time or part-time role covers organisational and administrative work and assistance with examinations and consultations across wards, specialist units and outpatient clinics.
What You'll Learn
- Carry out organisational and administrative tasks in wards, specialist units and outpatient clinics.
- Assist with examinations and consultations.
- Work with the ward team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Support and accompany patients during treatments and examinations.
- Work as an equal partner with staff from different professions.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team and completed vocational training as a medical assistant

- Fair and clear pay under the TVöD/VKA pay scale (€42,200 to €51,100), based on qualifications and work experience. These figures refer to a full-time role of 38.5 hours per week and are guides, not a promise of pay.
