Practice Instructor ATA Anesthesia Training

Join our training management team, initially limited to two years with option for permanent extension. Work in a modern university teaching environment at the largest training facility of its kind in Schleswig-Holstein.

Conduct targeted practical guidance of trainees in individual practice fields based on current curriculum; ensure achievement of statutory training objectives, observing competence development per agreements with UKSH and UKSH Academy; support trainees in their individual development processes and participate in practical final examinations as expert examiner; cooperative collaboration with training management team and responsible staff of UKSH and UKSH Academy; promote professional orientation and further development of training, contribute to development of training concepts and their continuous evaluation.

Completed training as a health and nurse (GKP) or nurse with specialist further training in anesthesia functional service or as anesthesia technical assistant (ATA); vocational pedagogical additional qualification of at least 300 hours or equivalent qualification; practical professional experience in anesthesia functional service and experience in guiding ATA trainees; initiative, empathy, patience, reliability; enjoyment of communication and constructive cooperation with all professional groups involved in training.
