Building Technician SHK or Electrical Engineering

Your focus is either in the area of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary (HVAC) or in electrical engineering. These are your tasks: - Carrying out repairs and maintenance work on building technical systems - Monitoring of building technical systems in the building - Contacting and commissioning specialists in case of technical malfunctions of the systems - Carrying out regular rounds and inspections in the object - Service-oriented customer care

Completed vocational training, e.g. in the field of electrical engineering as an electronics technician for energy and building technology / electrician or from the field of sanitary, ventilation or heating technology with your training as e.g. plant mechanic SHK or gas and water installer. Professional experience in building technology. Good German skills (at least B2) and a valid work permit. Strong communication and team skills. Customer- and service-oriented way of working.
