Support and Sales Adviser

ENGIE is seeking a customer-focused Support and Sales Adviser for a six-month position in its support and sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills.

• Answer customer calls and resolve requests with quick and effective solutions
• Occasionally call customers about various topics
• Send emails to customers and colleagues and record requests in internal systems
• Promote the company's services and products
• Use internal applications and SAP
• Show your commitment and creativity each day through the ideas you suggest
• Work eight-hour shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday

• A high school leaving diploma
• At least six months of previous experience in a similar job
• Good interpersonal skills
• Clear, coherent and correct communication, both spoken and written
• A positive attitude focused on customers and results
• Punctual, responsible, patient, curious and eager to learn new things
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with ease
• Previous experience in a technical field is an advantage
