Full-time Practice Instructor Nursing Education

As part of your role, you are responsible for conducting targeted practical instructions for learners in the various practical fields and based on current curricula. You ensure the achievement of statutory practical training objectives, taking into account the associated competence development in accordance with the requirements agreed with UKSH. You promote the nursing-specific orientation and further development of the training programs. In doing so, you cooperate with all parties involved in practical training. You work closely with the training manager and the responsible staff of the UKSH Academy. You participate in training-specific development processes. As a specialist examiner, you take part in practical examinations.

You have completed a three-year training as a health and (children's) nurse / GKP / GKKP as well as a vocational pedagogical additional qualification according to KrPflG §2 Abs. 2 or PflAPrV §4 Abs. 3 or equivalent qualification. You have already gained professional experience and ideally also experience in guiding learners in nursing education. Desirably, you fulfill the full-time practice instruction activity in connection with a job splitting in your deployment area. Cooperation and integration skills, as well as joy in communication and constructive cooperation with all professional groups in healthcare characterize you personally. High sense of responsibility and joy in working with people round off your profile.

Remuneration according to classification up to salary group KR 9 TV-L, provided the collective bargaining requirements are met. Part-time employment with at least 9.75 hours/week as full-time practice instruction in job splitting with your nursing activity, which you perform with at least 9.75 hours/week.
