• Support the department head with your educational expertise in their joint management tasks
• Responsibility for the focus area of induction, instruction, and competency transfer
• Organization, coordination, and evaluation of work processes considering department goals and business aspects
• Employee-oriented leadership and counseling of a professionally and socially competent team
• Development and implementation of adapted concepts for your own area and collaboration on cross-interface concepts to improve internal processes

• You have several years of professional experience as a nursing specialist (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann) or health and nurse
• You have a completed nursing degree (B.Sc.) or a qualification with a focus on education, or the willingness to acquire it
• You possess leadership competencies and can apply them situationally
• You are also a team player, responsible, reliable, and decisive
• You enjoy leading employees and shaping a positive work environment
• Proven basic qualification in leadership or willingness to acquire it
