Data Management Specialist Sales & Commercial Data

You create the foundation for reliable sales data in Vaillant Group's international business and make sure sales-relevant master data is consistent, reliable and usable for business-critical processes. The company is looking for people with several years of relevant work experience.

• Data standards: You support the implementation of our data governance and help ensure that standards and definitions for sales-relevant master data are applied uniformly across countries and departments
• Data cleansing: Together with the people responsible on site, you support the preparation, validation and migration of data and so contribute to high data quality and consistency
• Data processes: You help develop and continuously improve data processes, standards and documentation in sales data
• Data quality: You monitor data quality, identify room for improvement and support the development of sustainable solutions for business-critical data
• Problem solving: As the link between business departments and information technology, you support data-related questions and turn requirements into practical solutions
• Data catalog: You support the maintenance of data definitions, metadata and documentation and contribute to global data management initiatives

• Work experience: You have at least 3 years of full-time experience in data management, sales-related processes, business processes, data governance or a comparable international environment
• SAP skills: You bring hands-on experience with SAP master data and sales processes as well as the order-to-cash process (must-have)
• Personality: You work in a structured and self-driven way, keep an overview even with several topics in parallel and communicate confidently with different contacts
• Qualification: You have a successfully completed university degree, preferably a master's degree, for example in business administration, data management or a comparable course of study
• Language skills: You have fluent English and enjoy working in an international environment
