Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the portfolio of spare parts and accessories, among other things. With your analyses and market insights, you contribute to the growth and profitability of our activities.

• You manage and analyze the product portfolio to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance and support strategic decisions.
• You develop and implement a clear portfolio strategy based on market trends, price and competitor analyses and customer needs.
• You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Purchasing to guide the supply chain.
• You promote your product group to various internal and external stakeholders.
• To further strengthen our position as market leader in Belgium, we would like to welcome an extra Product Manager to our experienced team, reporting to the Head of Product Management.

• Qualification: You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, industrial engineering, or commercial sciences, or you have equivalent experience.
• Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, pricing, market analysis and portfolio management. Interest in the technical aspects of HVAC is essential; knowledge of the sector is an extra asset.
• Know-how and skills: You are analytically strong, pragmatic and solution-oriented. You also have a thorough knowledge of Excel.
• Personality: You have a hands-on mentality, take initiative and proactively look for new insights and opportunities.
• Language skills: You communicate fluently in English and also in Dutch or French.
