About this Apprenticeship
As a customer service technician (m/f/d) you represent the Vaillant brand at customers' sites. Your working time starts and ends at your home. Vaillant Group is a family company and one of the world's leading providers of heat pumps, digital services and efficient gas heating units.
What You'll Learn
- Quick troubleshooting, fault repair, maintenance and repairs in the field of heating technology
- You are available to Vaillant partners as a competent, solution-oriented contact for technical questions
- Creating digital reports allows a smooth process for you and your customers
- You find safe and competent solutions to problems and, when needed, provide service-oriented advice to our customers
- Being on call on alternating weekends during the day (no 24/7 standby), which is of course paid attractively
Requirements
- Qualification: Completed training as a plant mechanic for plumbing, heating and air conditioning (m/f/d), gas/water installer (m/f/d), refrigeration and air conditioning technician (m/f/d), heating installer (m/f/d) or electrician (m/f/d)
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning field as well as first professional experience as a customer service technician (m/f/d)
- Personality and working style: Strong service orientation, sales-minded thinking and excellent communication skills in German
- Place of residence: By living in the area you reach customers quickly, or you are willing to relocate
- Driver's license and IT: Driver's license class B and basic experience using a computer
