About this Apprenticeship
As a customer service technician, you represent Vaillant at customer sites in the Gummersbach area. You service heating systems, heat pumps and hot water systems. Your working day starts and ends at your home.
What You'll Learn
- Identify faults, resolve problems, and carry out maintenance and repairs on heating systems
- Provide Vaillant partners with expert, practical answers to technical questions
- Create digital reports to keep processes running smoothly for you and your customers
- Find safe, effective solutions to problems and advise customers with a focus on service when needed
- Provide paid daytime on-call cover on alternating weekends, with no round-the-clock on-call duty
Requirements
- Qualifications: Completed vocational training as a plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems mechanic, gas and water installer, refrigeration and air conditioning installer, heating installer or electrical installer
- Experience: Several years of experience in plumbing, heating and air conditioning, plus initial experience as a customer service technician
- Personality and working style: Strong customer service focus, a sales mindset and excellent communication skills in German
- Residence: You live in the Gummersbach area so you can reach customers quickly, or you are willing to relocate
- Driving licence and IT: Category B driving licence and basic computer skills
