Sales Consultant Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Field Service

As a consulting professional and problem solver at the Vaillant Group, you sell high-quality products to specialist tradespeople, support existing and new customers, and help drive the shift to climate-friendly heating technologies such as heat pumps.

• Selling high-quality products from the entire product portfolio to Vaillant partners (specialist tradespeople), taking regional conditions into account, to drive the heat pump transformation
• Winning new customers as well as developing and retaining customers
• The annual strategic planning for your sales territory
• Carrying out targeted and scalable customer retention measures and keeping close contact with customers
• Supporting customers within the internal network as a competent contact person

• Qualifications: Successfully completed technical training, preferably in building/supply technology or systems technology, or alternatively commercial training combined with strong technical affinity
• You bring solid professional experience in sales (ideally field service) and are well versed in technical products of the heating industry
• Personality: Personal responsibility, proactivity, independence and teamwork skills as well as strong service orientation and communication skills
• IT skills: Familiar with MS Office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint as well as tablets and smartphones
• Place of residence: By living in the area, you work directly in your sales territory
