During your apprenticeship you will get to know the insurance world in a practical way and develop your expertise in security and provision step by step. • Your tasks:
• Customer advisory: You learn how to advise customers professionally, determine their needs and offer them tailored solutions
• Claims processing: You give our customers security in the event of a claim and are a helping hand for them
• Examination of benefit claims: You examine benefit claims, communicate with internal and external partners and ensure smooth processing
• Organization and teamwork: You train your organizational and working methods, use them effectively and work closely together in a team

School requirements: Your Abitur, Fachabitur or degree from a higher commercial school/technical college shows predominantly satisfactory grades and your secondary school certificate shows very good to good performance. In particular, you enjoy working with language and numbers. Customer orientation: You enjoy dealing with people and like to support others with their concerns. Structured way of working: You approach tasks carefully, in an organized manner and with a solution-oriented view.
