Apprenticeship as a Hotel Specialist

Three year apprenticeship at Victor’s Residenz-Hotel Saarlouis starting on 1 August 2027. The city hotel has 88 rooms, The Grill restaurant, The Club event venue and ten meeting and event rooms.

• Welcome, advise and look after guests professionally
• Take and process reservations, and handle check-in and check-out
• Prepare hotel rooms and take guests' orders
• Learn the basics of managing hotel revenue, and prepare offers and invoices
• Help with marketing and sales activities
• Training duration: 3 years

• An intermediate school leaving certificate, Abitur or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Very good German skills
• A friendly and open manner
• A tidy appearance
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
• Ideally, foreign language skills and strong communication skills
