IT Specialist for System Integration

The Victor's Group head office in Saarbrücken is looking for someone to look after and further develop the shift-planning software for its senior residences and to support teams with technical questions. Full-time.

• Configuration, administration and maintenance of three different shift-planning software systems
• Ensuring data integrity and supporting compliance with data protection and data security requirements
• Maintaining master data, supporting the implementation of new functions and optimising existing processes
• Analysing and handling technical problems and supporting our employees with enquiries
• Competent contact person for questions about using our shift-planning software

• Ideally completed training as an IT specialist, preferably in system integration, or a comparable qualification
• Some experience in supporting, administering or using software solutions desirable
• Service orientation and enjoyment in helping others with technical questions
• Teamwork, strong communication and a friendly, solution-oriented manner
• An independent, careful and structured way of working
• Interest in learning new software systems and digital processes
