M365 / Azure / Entra Administrator

Victors IT Solutions is seeking a Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra administrator in Saarbrücken. Its internal IT team of around 40 people develops and operates IT solutions for the Victor’s Group, focusing on Microsoft technologies, process automation and custom applications.

• Administer, maintain and develop the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune
• Manage and configure Azure AD / Entra ID, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection and hybrid setups
• Maintain and develop Azure environments, including resource management, monitoring, governance and security
• Ensure security, compliance and data protection in the M365 and Azure environment
• Provide second- and third-level support for complex issues
• Create and maintain documentation, policies and best practices
• Work closely with the IT team and the Victor’s Group departments

• Completed vocational training or a degree in IT, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure and Azure AD / Entra ID
• Knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune
• Experience with cloud security, role and permission models, and hybrid infrastructure
• A structured, solution-focused approach, teamwork and communication skills
• Very good German and good English skills
