Field Service Technician – Network Technology & IT Infrastructure

Victors IT Solutions GmbH develops, installs and supports modern network and IT infrastructure solutions for companies and for healthcare and care facilities. A committed field service technician is wanted to support the project teams with installation, commissioning and maintenance of the systems. Full-time.

• Installation and commissioning of network and IT infrastructure
• Installation and configuration of active and passive network technology
• Carrying out new installations, extensions and migrations of existing IT systems
• Mounting and commissioning of network components, server cabinets and structured building cabling
• Maintenance, inspection and repair of technical systems
• Analysis and fixing of technical faults on site and by remote maintenance
• Carrying out function tests and supporting system acceptance
• Documentation of the work carried out and creation of service reports
• Close cooperation with project managers, electrical planners and project coordinators
• Technical briefing and support of our customers on site

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), information electronics technician (m/f/d), IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d), IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in installing and commissioning network and IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of active and passive network technology and structured building cabling
• Basic knowledge of routing, switching and IP networks is an advantage
• Independent, structured and customer-oriented way of working
• Teamwork, reliability and willingness to travel within Germany
• Class B driver's license
