Front Office Agent

Victor’s Residenz-Hotel Berlin-Tegel is looking for a full time Front Office Agent. The hotel in northwestern Berlin has 173 rooms and offers an international, friendly team environment.

• Handle check in and check out
• Take and enter reservations according to Victor's standards
• Assist guests, issue keys, provide wake up calls and similar services
• Process, file and share incoming and outgoing correspondence for guests and within the hotel
• Manage the hotel cash desk, including recording and checking invoices, credit cards, customer accounts and cash
• Ensure careful and complete handovers between shifts

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or experience working at reception
• Good spoken and written German and English
• A confident, friendly manner, neat appearance and good manners
• Teamwork, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• An organised approach focused on achieving goals
