Employee Set and Gift Packaging

The Villeroy & Boch Group with its Ideal Standard brand is one of the world's leading manufacturers in the ceramics and lifestyle sector. An employee (m/f/d) for set and gift packaging is sought, full-time at the Merzig site.

• Order processing and goods receipt: Independently ordering operating and consumable materials (e.g. PPE, office supplies) via SAP and Coupa, plus booking and distributing incoming goods in the CDC
• Purchasing coordination and master data: Obtaining quotes in close cooperation with purchasing, plus creating and maintaining supplier master data
• Label printing and worldwide shipping: Demand-driven label printing via SAP and the label printing system, inventory management of printing material, and coordination of worldwide shipping to the requesting departments
• Value Added Services (VAS): Professional packaging, set and gift packaging, and customer-specific preparation of goods
• Quality and process optimization: Compliance with defined standards and work instructions, creation of error analyses/reports, and active participation in continuous improvement projects

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification is desirable
• Relevant work experience in logistics and typical warehouse processes
• Sound user knowledge of SAP; experience with Coupa or label printing systems is an advantage
• Strong awareness of quality and processes and a structured, self-reliant way of working
• High commitment, strong team spirit and enjoyment of continuous process improvement
