• You gain exciting insights into the organization's processes and get an overview of facility management and real estate portfolio management at Vodafone.
• You support our facility managers in looking after office and branch locations.
• You love numbers and analyze performance indicators of our facility service partners and optimize reporting.
• You question existing processes and develop methods to optimize, digitize, and automate processes and are enthusiastic about AI.
• You are an active full team member in regular meetings and project discussions. You also accompany facility managers to their sites.
• You conduct site visits and randomly check the service delivery of our service partners and compliance with occupational safety requirements as part of service management.
• You verify compliance with contractually agreed service level agreements and evaluate key performance indicators.
• You independently develop optimization concepts for our facility services and present them internally and externally.
• You participate in internal training and continuously expand your knowledge. For this, you can also use the quarterly Spirit Day, which is available for your personal development.
• You are equipped with a laptop, smartphone, etc. from your first day.
• You help us implement small and large goals in projects and inspire colleagues together. This is how you actively shape our Vodafone spirit.

• You are either enrolled or currently in a gap year.
• You study business administration or a comparable field with good academic performance.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• You speak fluent German, B2 according to CEFR, and have good English skills.
