Training procedure and content: You regularly rotate through various work areas, gaining a comprehensive insight into all important bank departments. You attend vocational school in Wittmund in block instruction and deepen your knowledge once a year for two weeks at the Cooperative Professional Academy in Rastede.

You have at least a good intermediate school diploma; You are interested in business topics and are communicative; You enjoy working in a team and with people; You can organize yourself well and show initiative and willingness to learn; You master common MS Office programs and voluntary work in your free time is a plus
