For the training start 2027, we are looking for motivated trainees for our Berlin location for the profession of real estate clerk.

You are the first point of contact for our tenants and take care of their concerns – by phone, email, or in person. During apartment viewings, you guide interested parties through our properties and accompany the process until the rental contract is signed. You learn to create real estate-relevant documents such as exposés and settlements. In daily work, you collaborate closely with colleagues. You attend vocational school at the BBA - Academy of Real Estate Management, where you learn the theory that you can directly apply in your daily work.

You have at least a good (technical) high school diploma (Fachabitur/Abitur). You bring empathy and an open ear for the diverse concerns of our customers. Even when someone is dissatisfied, you remain calm, friendly, and helpful. You communicate clearly and understandably – whether in conversation, on the phone, or by email. You want to actively shape your apprenticeship with initiative and commitment. You enjoy continuously acquiring new knowledge and developing yourself. You like working in a team and finding solutions together with others.

Attractive apprenticeship remuneration that increases each year: €1,395 in the 1st year, €1,555 in the 2nd year, €1,685 in the 3rd year. Very good chances of being hired after your apprenticeship. 30 vacation days plus additional days off on December 24, New Year's Eve, and for learning. Your development is important to us: you regularly change departments, receive ongoing feedback, attend training, and can gain nationwide experience.
