About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Run an agency of Württembergische Versicherung as a self-employed entrepreneur
- Lead and develop the agency team
- Develop the agency independently and plan and manage marketing activities
- Maintain existing customer relationships, win new customers and advise individually and holistically on insurance solutions
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance specialist or insurance clerk (m/f/d) and several years of success in insurance sales
- Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented thinking and acting
- Enthusiasm for sales and customer focus
- Class B driving licence
