In your 3-year apprenticeship as a specialist in system catering (f/m/d), you will learn how to plan catering processes, look after guests professionally, organize food and beverages, and ensure quality, hygiene, and smooth operations in the company restaurant – so that everything runs smoothly. Preparing & plating: You prepare fresh dishes daily – from crisp salads to sweet desserts. In the free-flow area, you ensure everything is appetizingly arranged and ready for use at all times. Organizing & managing: Whether office organization, duty rosters, or orders – you learn how to plan and control background processes so that everything runs smoothly in the company restaurant. Inventory & warehouse: You determine requirements, order goods, check deliveries, and store everything properly – with an eye on quality, freshness, and product specifications. Advising & selling: You are in direct contact with our guests, advise them in a friendly manner, handle cash securely, and ensure a pleasant catering experience – day after day. Hygiene & quality: You consistently implement hygiene and safety standards, check regularly, and further develop quality characteristics together with the team – for the highest standards in the chemical park. Planning & optimizing: You contribute ideas on how processes can run even better – from process optimization to implementing small marketing campaigns in the company restaurant.

At least a secondary school diploma (FOR). A sense for quality, interest in healthy nutrition, and enjoyment in handling food – combined with organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and team spirit – are the perfect foundations for a successful start in the system catering apprenticeship.
