Customer Service Specialist

Key role in the customer service department of ZOLL Medical at the Cologne-Rodenkirchen site: you handle daily processes and support the team to meet high quality standards.

• Customer Service: You are in direct contact with our internal partners and external customers. You create and send quotes, and record and process customer orders. With your helpful and competent manner you contribute to high customer satisfaction.
• Communication talent: You enjoy respectful, transparent and appreciative cooperation. You find the right tone, even in challenging situations.
• Organizational talent: You keep an overview when handling multifunctional requests. All requests are processed within ZOLL guidelines. Supporting teams across departments is an interesting challenge for you to learn new things.
• Everyday all-rounder: You see the work and like to pitch in. Whether with general administrative office work or supporting quarterly and annual closing activities. Reliable teamwork or solving tasks independently, both motivate you in your daily work.
• Love of detail: Correctly maintained databases make daily work easier and enable meaningful reporting.

• A completed commercial apprenticeship
• Independent, self-responsible and structured way of working
• Self-checking of daily tasks
• Some good experience in administration
• Confident use of the MS Office package, database knowledge is a plus
• Fluent German, spoken and written
• Good English skills to take part in international conversations
