Holistic advice and support for managers and employees of a defined production area on all HR-relevant issues Advising managers on performance, development and succession issues Strategic and operational support of employees along the entire employee lifecycle Management of the recruiting process for specialist and management positions from needs analysis through personnel selection to contract design Conception and implementation of strategic HR projects and further development of existing HR processes Analysis of relevant HR key figures and KPIs and derivation of concrete action options and measures for the area of responsibility

Completed university degree, e.g. in business administration, human resource management, business psychology or social sciences, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in HR business partnering or in a comparable generalist HR function, ideally in a manufacturing company Good knowledge of labor law and ideally experience in working with works councils Experience with HR systems, ideally SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Confident handling of HR key figures and performance KPIs Strong communication and consulting skills as well as a dynamic, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working Strong interest in business contexts and business topics Team player with a trusting and appreciative manner
