As a shift leader (m/f/d) for our hard cheese production at the Günzburg site, you will take responsibility for your team, coordinate processes in shift operations, and ensure a smooth production process together with your employees. With your leadership understanding, quality awareness, and eye for efficient processes, you will make an important contribution to the production of our high-quality food products.

Leadership of a team of approximately 10 employees in hard cheese production; Ensuring a production process that meets specifications, is cost-optimized, and legally compliant; Co-responsibility for compliance with quality requirements and legal regulations; Support in cooperation with regulatory authorities; Troubleshooting and commissioning of production equipment; Preparation and support of audits and certifications (in cooperation with quality management); Onboarding and training of new employees; Participation in productivity and optimization projects

Completed training, e.g., as a dairy master, food technician, or comparable qualification; Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and on weekends; Knowledge of quality management and legal regulations; Reliability, teamwork, and independent working style; Communicative and persuasive personality with team spirit; Experience with SAP desirable
