Receipt, processing, and inspection of raw milk Setting and providing various kettle milk types according to production specifications Providing required additives for ongoing production Operating, monitoring, and controlling modern production equipment in the yogurt and dessert areas Monitoring and documenting ripening and production processes Participating in the organization, design, and continuous optimization of production processes Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and food standards Proper processing of by-products

Completed training as a dairy technologist (m/f/d), ideally with further training as a technician or master (m/f/d) Practical experience in food production and knowledge of production, quality, and hygiene processes Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and occasional weekend assignments High commitment, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
