Working Student Production & Process Optimisation

• Analyse material losses, process losses and inventory differences to identify optimisation potential in production
• Support the productivity team with measures to increase efficiency and optimise processes
• Help with daily operations in baked goods production, mozzarella final packaging or packaging production
• Independently handle and carry out projects and sub-projects in production
• Evaluate, prepare and maintain production-related data and key figures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes in the food industry
• Create analyses, reports and recommendations for the production area

• Currently studying industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, packaging technology or a comparable field
• Interest in production processes, process optimisation and manufacturing excellence
• Good technical understanding and an analytical mindset
• Enthusiasm for the food industry and industrial production processes
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong willingness to learn, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different departments
