Working Student Complaints Management

• Recording, processing and evaluating complaints in the national and international environment
• Initiating and supporting error and root cause analyses
• Contributing to the development and monitoring of corrective and preventive measures
• Support with documentation according to common food standards
• Creating reports, evaluations and presentations

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in food technology, nutrition science, quality management, business administration or similar
• Availability of 20 hours per week
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Teamwork skills, entrepreneurial thinking and goal-oriented way of working
