What You'll Learn
- Operation, control and monitoring of cheese makers in industrial cheese production
- Production, maintenance and control of cultures for cheese and dairy product production
- Monitoring of filling systems and ensuring a trouble-free production process
- Recording, documentation and evaluation of production data in the SAP system
- Conducting and documenting quality controls according to food industry requirements
- Cleaning and maintenance of production facilities and the work environment
- Participation in maintenance and repair measures to ensure plant availability
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a dairy technologist (m/f/d), food technician (m/f/d), dairy specialist (m/f/d), specialist for food technology (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in food production, milk processing or cheese production is an advantage
- Good PC skills and ideally experience with SAP
- Teamwork, commitment and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work in shift system and on weekends
