Machine and Plant Operator for Burnishing Plant

As a technology leader in heat treatment, we offer application-specific solutions for our customers. To strengthen our Heat Treatment division, we are looking for a Machine and Plant Operator for Burnishing Plant (m/f/d) at our site in Dunningen.

Responsible operation of our automated burnishing plant. Monitoring of bath analyses (temperature, concentration) and adherence to process parameters for optimal results. Conducting visual inspections and quality checks of the burnishing layer (color, adhesion). Performing maintenance and cleaning work on the plant. Feeding the plant with raw materials and removing finished goods. Assisting with filling and emptying racks.

Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, surface coater, or comparable technical qualification/aptitude. Ideally experience in metal surface treatment, ideally burnishing or electroplating. Independent, reliable, quality-conscious work ethic. Willingness to work shifts (1- or 2-shift system). Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
