Apprentice Insurance and Financial Investment Clerk

At ADAC you complete your apprenticeship as an insurance and financial investment clerk at ADAC Versicherung AG in Munich. You advise members and customers on the right insurance cover and learn about accounting and controlling. The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 to 3 years (depending on school qualification).

• You advise and support our members and customers in finding the right insurance cover, tailored to them.
• You process contract changes, maintain portfolios and make sure our customers feel well looked after.
• You carry out contract changes and measures for portfolio care and contract retention.
• Whether accident, theft or other damage, you help find solutions and review claims.
• You learn how accounting and controlling work and how to make smart decisions with them.
• You work with others, contribute your own ideas and even take on your own projects.
• Seminars and workshops help you strengthen your social and methodological skills.

• Abitur, subject-specific university entrance qualification or good Mittlere Reife, especially with good grades in German, maths, business and accounting.
• An internship in the service industry is great, but not a must.
• You are friendly, reliable, responsible and enjoy working in a team.
• You want to learn new things, develop yourself and actively take part in your training.
