About this Apprenticeship
ADAC Versicherung AG is seeking an experienced claims leakage management specialist in quality and process management in Munich. The permanent full-time role involves reviewing claims files, identifying potential savings and improving processes and quality measures.
What You'll Learn
- Plan and conduct closed file reviews and, when needed, open file reviews to identify claims leakage.
- Create and analyse statistics to identify potential savings, recommended actions and quality measures.
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of agreed quality measures.
- Prepare regular reports for the management board on the progress and results of claims leakage analyses and closed file reviews.
- Prepare the Operational Incident Report to document and assess identified weaknesses.
- Work closely with specialist departments to continuously develop and improve processes.
- Contribute to projects and training to prevent and reduce claims leakage.
- Create and develop training materials on preventing claims leakage and conduct staff awareness activities.
Requirements
- A completed university degree, vocational qualification in insurance or a comparable qualification.
- At least five years of professional experience in insurance, assistance services and/or claims handling.
- At least two years of experience planning and conducting closed file reviews.
- Very good MS Office skills.
- Ability to work independently and enjoyment of analytical tasks and statistical analysis.
- Strong organisational skills and a careful, professional approach to work.
- A focus on processes and results, with the ability to maintain an overview of complex issues.
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills.
