Dual Study Program - Business and Tax Law

Dual study program in business and tax law at ADAC: combines a demanding university degree with varied practical phases in the board, management and department environment.

• You support strategic, economic and organizational questions and contribute to cross-department projects and special topics.
• You research and analyze economic, corporate law and tax law questions and prepare the results in a structured way.
• You create decision papers, analyses, management information, briefings and presentations as a basis for management decisions.
• You support the preparation and follow-up of board, management and committee meetings.
• In addition, you coordinate and follow up on decisions, measures, resolutions and strategic initiatives.
• You work closely with various departments and central corporate functions and support coordination across departments.
• You also contribute to budget, planning and control topics and gain insight into governance and compliance questions.
• You support the further development and digitalization of management and decision processes.
• During your studies, you increasingly take on your own practical tasks and projects.

• You have successfully completed the general or subject-specific university entrance qualification or will obtain it before the start of studies.
• You want to complete a dual study program in business and tax law and are interested in economic, legal and tax questions.
• You want to understand how companies work, how decisions are prepared and how the board, management and departments work together.
• You enjoy getting into new and complex topics, understanding connections and preparing information in a structured way.
• You think analytically and work carefully, reliably and in a structured way.
• You express yourself well in writing and speech and enjoy working with others.
• You are open, willing to learn and want to take on responsibility early and gain insight into different business areas.
• You handle confidential information responsibly and discreetly.
• You have fluent English skills in speech and writing.
• Basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel is an advantage.
