Occupational Therapist Day Structure Haus Stefan

We are looking for you as an occupational therapist, work educator, special needs educator or childcare educator, full-time (100% employment), for our day structure program in our special residential facility "Haus Stefan" for people with mental illness and protected accommodation in Gangelt. The day structure program enables social participation for people with mental illness or addiction and offers the chance to manage the individual shaping of the day independently in a safe setting.

• Creating individualized therapy offerings to promote self-determined structuring of the day, independent performance of daily living skills, improved social skills and greater resilience, taking the psychiatric illness into account
• Professional documentation and related administrative tasks
• Planning leisure activities as well as celebrations and markets

• You are an occupational therapist, work educator, special needs educator or childcare educator (m/f/d)
• You are able to support people with mental illness in a protected residential group during the day and adapt flexibly to a wide range of needs and demands
• Ideally you have experience leading creative activities and in basal communication
